30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used sterile products
- Opened packages of exam gloves
- Opened drug testing products
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product variant, please return the original item and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product). We do not refund original shipping costs for buyer-remorse returns.
